Cork + Flame began in the summer of 2025, when two actor friends - one a chef, the other a sommelier - saw an opportunity to bring storytelling, wine, and fine dining into the home in a way that hadn't been done before.

We believe exceptional dining begins long before the plate reaches the table. Through intentional storytelling, we celebrate provenance, sustainability, and the people behind every ingredient we source.

Alongside their own careers, they’ll join us to deliver the same level of precision, creativity and experience our guests expect.
