Founded in the summer of 2025 by two lifelong friends—one a professional chef, the other a trained sommelier—Cork + Flame was born from a shared passion for fine dining, storytelling and bringing people together. Inspired by our backgrounds in performance, we created a private dining experience where every course tells a story and every guest becomes part of it.

At the heart of every Cork + Flame experience is our signature blind wine tasting. Each wine is served without revealing its identity, inviting guests to explore its aromas, flavours and character before the bottle is unveiled.
